  1. I love what you said about self-acceptance. I struggle with mixed messages on this. As soon as I tell people I have any desire to lose weight, it’s met with, “But you’re fine just the way you are!” as if it’s assumed I don’t like myself which is not at all the case! I think it’s good to challenge yourself, to stay active and feed your body well. It’s good for us to want to be the best versions of ourselves. It speaks of self love to want to treat our bodies so well!

    ANYWHOS those bars looks so fantastic! I happen to love blueberries and Ted, my boyfriend, loves apples so maybe this will be on our menu this week :)

    1. I know what you mean, but I realised that it’s really all up to us. We don’t really need the approval of others. If you want to lose weight do it because you want to. To be honest, I’m not the type of person that gets contented, I always want to challenge myself. I don’t really like people when they “But you’re fine just the way you are!” because it’s also a reflection of their own mediocrity and it’s almost like a subconscious way of hindering you to achieve greatness.
