  1. First of all congrats with finishing you’re exam and the result for PC Hjelp was smashing great!

The pics was great too and yea: Odd is handsome! Don’t bother about the shoos – besides; you look sexy in those Charles!

Talking about web design: A facelift on mine around summer would have been great – thanks for offering!!

  2. Love all ur pics, and i like the first image. It’s reminds me mangas i used to watch when i was teenager like Dragon Ball Z).
Kisses & Hugs for both of u.

  3. You have some terrific photos there Charles! I particularly like the swimming penguin and Odd with the cherry blossoms behind him. And I’d love to see more detail on the metal cube in the park, what an interesting concept. Definitely a topic of conversation.

  4. So glad you are finished with a BIG part of your Exams, Charles…Fingers Crossed tha you did Fabulously on it.
Odd is sooo very very handsome! I think he looks GREAT in that picture!
I LOVE Penguins and I always have….I had a very dear Penquin Toy as a young chld—in fact, I still have him! He is about 74 years old…(Lord Help Me), cause I was about 5 when I got him.
You look Fabulous too, my dear Charles. Marriage and hard work at what you love to do, agrees with you! Hugs To You And Odd. (((((((HUGS)))))))

  5. Hahaha Charles. I do read tweets and got this up on your updates. A while ago I just saw and posted photos (on my Tumblr) of Cheap Monday shops opening in Stockholm and Sweden and remembered you — and here you are, showing off your cool pair of CM denim. Sad news is, my 2 colored skinnies aren’t perfect on me now, after I sent them to the laundry a few times, it shrunk and my balls can’t fit on it anymore.

LOOOKING GOOD there. Did you lost weight? Sometimes doing hardwork like chopping woods can help you burn calories, hahaha.
I like your ‘desktop’ table, turned out a little office with the touch of an orchid. Hello Odd.

    1. Oh my! I guess I should be careful when I have my jeans washed so they don’t shrink.

And thank you. I am just happy that I managed to maintain my weight now since I lost 20 kilos like 2 years ago. I worked out like 4 to 5 times a day and I don’t eat like a pig anymore like I used to. When I get tempted to eat more I’ll just repeat this mantra “I love my body more than food” a couple of times in my head.

  6. Did I just said, Stockholm and Sweden? Isn’t Stockholm is the capital city if Sweden? Hahaha I was probably asleep in my Geography Class.

    1. Thank you Colleen! I am writing a young-adult fiction. It’s a combination of fantasy, adventure and teen romance. It’s like a cross between Harry Potter and Twilight in terms of genre. I posted an excerpt on my previous blog, but I can post another one here on a later date.

  7. Congratulations on finishing your exam project! It looks fantastic! I love your photos, too. I hope you enjoy the nice weather.

  8. Hi Charles. Congrats on making it through your exams. I checked out the web site: your design is fantastic!

So are all your pictures. You have such a refreshing way of looking at the world!

Dropped by from Tanya’s to catch up. I’m so glad I did!

  9. Great pics and drawing! Hope you rocked those exams!
Thanks for dropping in on my blog, if you do drop by Steamworks let us know your experience. We’d love to hear about it!

  10. I like those pictures! the penguin and the cherry bloosom are incredibles! I didn’t know that in Norgue you can also get married, in Spain we can get married as well with same sex people, but not many does it…so congratulations!!!

ah! how beautiful is that place! now, in Madrid we are at 37º so there isn’t any green grass…it looks like a desert!

    1. Hello Victor! Yes, we’re actually one of the first countries with civil partnerships and then last year the state turned it into full fledged marriage. Since the former had some restrictions which were totally changed/erased with the new law.

Wow, so you’re from Madrid! That’s cool since my family (on my mother’s side) came from Madrid. I am planning to travel there later to check on my roots.

  11. Congratulations on completing the exam portion of your term, and I wish you much luck in completing the remaining papers that you have to do to book in the term. Reading school updates from blogs in general, especially when school closes for summer holidays makes me miss being in school. I do hope that you enjoy this long holiday, and you spend much of it in states of relaxation, in the company of your husband (he is handsome, by the way), or laying on the cities many green carpets.

Your work space looks so comfy. There’s always something refreshing about de-cluttering spaces! I love how you have a window (that’s what it is, right?) just in front of the sitting area, though I have to admit it makes for potential distractions if there are pretty sights outside.

Wonderful photos, Charles. Thanks for sharing these!

    1. Thank you dear!

Yes, it’s a window overlooking the entire city since we live in the 5th floor in a 5-storey apartment on the mountain side. It’s true that it can be a potential distraction, but at the same time a source of inspiration. I think the pros outweighs the cons. Hehhehehe.

  12. Congratulations on being finished and well starting off with all your other projects then!! You sure do like to keep busy!! I love the photos, especially your smiling Pingwin and of course the cherry tree is lovely. Enjoy the summer while you can!!!

  13. You certainly know how to keep busy, Charles! And I bet you are looking forward to summer. Has Odd been working too hard?

Sorry for my absence – as I was back home in Manila for two weeks.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again. Have a great start to your week!

  14. How’s the book coming along?

You and Odd are looking good Charles! And cherry blossoms just make me so happy. When the petals start falling off is my favorite time… I feel like I’m in the setting of some Japanese drama when they fall as I walk by :P

Hope you’re having a fun and sunny summer!

  15. Hey Chase, you are looking great…and Odd always looks so handsome, tired or not.

Can’t wait to see you book on the shelves. Are you going to publish in English?

Some days…I’d love to chop wood when I’m annoyed at people.

  16. I must say I love your creativity.
How you in one blogpost can reveal so much is fantastic.

Excuse me for beeing so absent in the past.
Work and then concentrating or focus.
Medication i.e. Will be calibrated on July 15.
In the meantime we will be with my Daughters family in Turkey for 9 Days.

btw. Hope to see you and Odd during OsloBG, but of course work comes first, for Odd, as RenneBA told me this evening
