As I’ve mentioned in my previous post, a week just came by like a blur and the next thing I knew we’re leaving back home. Despite the short stay, we managed to experience a lot of stuff especially something that is quintessential American like Thanksgiving. Also, my overall impression of the USA is just fabulous. I could see myself and Odd living on the other side of the pond particularly in Boston, New York, San Francisco or Seattle, but our hearts are forever stolen by our home city of Bergen.
Anyway, here are more photos to share from our adventures

My sister’s neighbourhood is predominantly dotted with big houses. As we took a stroll towards Harvard Square, I can’t help but admire the grandeur and architecture around me. Most of the properties in the area are historical or period homes even my sister’s home was built around 1900s. I told her that I could see myself living here and we could be neighbours!

The day before our departure, we took a trip to the centre of Boston.

There will be more US trips in the near future and next year’s Thanksgiving will be probably in Orange County where my other sister lives. We can’t wait!
