Since we rented a car for the entire duration of our stay, we made full use of it. We drove around and check all the tourist spots we could manage to squeeze in our itineraries. The Algarve region in Portugal is a treasure trove of wonders, natural or man-made.
CABO DE SÃO VICENTE
Cape of Saint Vincent in English is Europe’s southwesternmost point. Visiting the area, I could really sense the power and majesty of nature.

PRAIA DA ROCHA
We took a dip in the cool waters of Praia da Rocha, one of the best beaches in Algarve.

SILVES
A sleepy, but lovely town of Silves boasts one of the best-preserved castles in Algarve dating back to the Moorish times.

FARO
The biggest city in the Algarve region. Faro is quite underrated, but charming once you get to know the city more.

We really enjoyed our stay in Algarve, Portugal. The Portuguese people we met were all lovely, warm and very friendly. We left a piece of our hearts there and we will definitely come back again!
