Time is ticking and I’m panicking since I don’t really know what to write. As the Pomodoro app started to count down, my mind was suddenly barren like a dessert with specks of incoherent ideas looking like cactuses. Three minutes just passed. *sigh* I guess, I’ll just write the last day of my free time from work, so please bear with me.
Here in Norway, it’s the second day of Easter and also a working holiday. My husband on the other hand has to work because he runs his own business. I woke up early as I normally do and took a shower before eating my breakfast – a combo of roasted oats and desiccated coconut with nuts and lactose antiviral free yoghurt. After breakfast, I went straight to the gym and work on my chest and triceps. Surprisingly there were a lot of people in the gym and I recognised some of them who are usually there almost everyday. Yes, I train like 5-6 times a week. I have this split type training.
I find it quite funny when some people tend to make this noise like they’re having an orgasm while working out. I just don’t get it. I don’t make a noise when I work out. I had my inner voice on, motivating me loudly with “You can do this baby” on repeat.
Time’s up and the engine just started to roll. Typical.
